REZUMAT 

În cazul prezentat avem un pacient cu un aparat dentar din a cărui cauză nu se poate realiza prima manevră de intubaţie necesară prin prisma patologiei ORL, prezenţa unei „pânze laringiene“, fiind necesară astfel modificarea planului anestezic prin folosirea intubaţiei pe fibră optică.

INTUBATIA DIFICILA LA UN PACIENT CU PARADONTOZA SEVERA PENTRU BIOPSIE DE TUMORA LARINGIANA – CAZ CLINIC

REZUMAT 

Scopul expunerii este de a prezenta o situaţie în care o problemă dentară poate pune în dificultate medicul ATI, cât şi evoluţia postoperatorie a pacientului. În cazul expus avem un pacient cu paradontoză ce complică manevra de intubaţie, fiind nevoie de o contenţie linguală temporară pentru protejarea grupurilor dentare superior şi inferior. Manevra de intubaţie se realizează vigil pe fibră optică cu efectuarea manevrei şi a biopsiei în condiţii de siguranţă.
