REZUMAT

Edentaţia de canin ridică numeroase probleme estetice şi funcţionale, iar reabilitarea ei cu sprijin implantar necesită o atenţie deosebită în cursul echilibrărilor ocluzale, datorită forţelor dezvoltate la acest nivel. În acest articol prezentăm un caz de edentaţie de 23, protezată cu ajutorul unei coroane metalo-ceramice cimentată pe un implant dentar. Deoarece creasta osoasă reziduală prezenta dimensiuni inadecvate implantării, am utilizat pentru augmentare o autogrefă din menton, acoperită de o membrană de PRF anterior inserării implantului.
