REZUMAT 

Conform datelor statistice, afecţiunile dento-parodontale determinate prin traumatism interesează anual milioane de pacienţi din întreaga lume. Traumatismele dento-parodontale sunt urgenţe medicale, atât prin caracterul lor acut, dar şi prin două aspecte importante ce la conferă specificitate: vârsta pacientului şi multidisciplinaritatea abordării terapeutice.
